Synopsis:
Piedmont needed to help direct patients to the appropriate place for care - shifting people out of more acute care areas like the Emergency Room. I concepted and wrote script for a whiteboard doodle video to help explain which facility patients should use for care: ER, urgent care or primary care.

The concept had to integrate with an "emoji-style" advertising campaign that rolled out during the same time.
